Thanks Healthy Hounds!

We sent a photo to the lovely people Healthy Hounds Bakery who make very yummy dog biscuits. It's a photo of Chloé when she was just five weeks old. They put it in their gallery and on their home page, thanks Healthy Hounds!

Meet Chloé!

Photobucket

This is little Chloé, our soon-to-be new puppy. She's a very pretty gold sable German Shepherd. At the moment she's only six weeks old so she's still playing with her mummy and her little brothers and sisters. We visited her for the first time last week and took lots of photographs and video. We fell in love with all the pups, we'd never met German Shepherds at that age before and they are unbelievably cute! We chose Chloé because her breeder Kate felt she would be the ideal puppy for us, she even described her as 'a little ray of sunshine' and her registered name will be Sonsaras Sunshine. Kate tells us she is very happy, a quick learner and getting sweeter by the day.

We decided to call her Chloé because when I was very little we had a very much loved cat called Zoe, but my Granny always thought she was called Chloé. I always though that would be a lovely name for a pet. Now we've realised that Chloé is one of the most popular names for a dog, I really hope ten dogs don't come running when we call her name in the park...!

We can't wait to be puppy parents in a couple of weeks and until then we'll post the photographs that Kate has been kindly sending us to keep us updated, along with photos of all the little toys and things we've bought her, before she destroys them!

In the video Chloé is the little gold puppy who sits under the chair (although there is a slight possibility that might be the other gold sable pup - we couldn't tell them apart!).
