Chloé's first Christmas

Chloé had a lovely first Christmas, she got lots of Christmas themed toys and treats, including this 'Ho Ho Ho' squeaky bone and Christmas pudding ball!

Snowy Chloé!

Chloé went out in the snow for the first time last weekend. She loved it! I really don't remember ever seeing this much snow in the UK in November, I dug out all my snowboarding gear and we went out to play!

When Chloé and Bella went down to the lake together Chloé had her first swim, sadly we don't have any photos but you can she's pretty wet!

More High Five

Chloé has really got the High Five now, we're still working on 'play dead' and 'roll over'...

Chloé come!

We took Chloé and Prince to a big field to let them off for the first time, it was quite scary to let her off in such a big space! I ran ahead first and then called her to me, happily she just ran straight over. We did that a couple more times and then decided to finish on a good note!

The Long Good Saturday

It's been a tiring day, here's Chloé waiting for the train home after lots of play with cousin Prince, a train journey, some recall training, lots of tasty chicken roll & ham rewards.

Gold Sable Colours

Being designers that we are, we are in love with Chloé's colours and textures, she has this amazing blend of black, gold, brown/ginger, beige and white.

We are making the most of being able to pick Chloé up these days, we aren't going to be able to do it for much longer! That's a genuine look of panic in the last photo, but don't worry, he didn't drop her!

High five!

We've taught Chloé to high five! She mostly puts her paw nicely on our hands but sometimes just swipes with her claws, which hurts A LOT! We're still working on it...

Puppy pops

Chloé is crazy about ice and we're pretty sure her gums must be a little bit sore from teething now so we thought we'd give her a little treat by soaking one of her hide chews in water and freezing it. She loved it of course!

(If you try this supervise the puppy and take the chew away as soon as the ice is gone, the hide gets very soggy very quickly and could be a choking hazzard for your pup! Also expect a very wet carpet!!)

The Day Chloé met her cousin 'Prince'

This weekend was the first time Chloé got to meet her little cousin Prince. Prince is a 13 week old Samoyed with more energy than Powergen! They met in my mums back garden on a beautiful September morning and they took to each other instantly engaging in what seemed to be a never ending game of chase.

We will need to be careful in future as to how much Chloé gets to run as we don't want to damage her little hips and we were hoping there would be more ruff 'n' tumble rather than the running but this was the first time she has ever got to run off the lead since we've had her and she loved it.
